Refund policy
Effective date: April 5th, 2021.
Digital Adverts Ltd, legally registered as Digital Ads Holdings Ltd ("Digital Adverts Ltd", “The Company”, “we” or “us”) operates the https://digitaladverts.co website and the Digital Adverts Ltd mobile applications (the "Service").
This page informs you of our policies regarding payments and refunds with regard to the services we offer our subscribers and the general public.
Once paid, subscription activation fees to our app and services are non-refundable.
If a registrant no longer desires to use his or her subscription access, a subscription is transferable to another registered non-activated user of their choice by Digital Ads Holdings Ltd, its affiliates, subsidiaries, or successors so long as the dissatisfied subscriber provides us with at least thirty (30) days written or electronic (emailed) notice of the desire to transfer the subscription.
An administrative fee of $10 will apply in the event you transfer your subscription as permitted above.
Sale or transfer of activated accounts by the subscribers themselves is not permitted at Digital Adverts Ltd.
By subscribing to Digital Adverts Ltd, you acknowledge that we do not make any representation, warranty, or guarantee as to whether you will ultimately attain the results in our training materials, since results may be affected by many other factors.
Regardless of whether you get the above results or not, once paid, the registration fee becomes non-refundable.
Payment Information
The prices for subscription to our services are computed in Uganda Shillings at the rate of 100,000 and conversions to other currencies are permitted where applicable. We accept cash, mobile money, bank transfer, TT, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards for subscription payment as stated on our website.
Checks & Money orders are not currently accepted online. If you are unable to pay using the above mentioned methods, please contact our office at +256 755 825974 to make alternate payment arrangements.
